109th Alton Halloween Parade

The parade will begin at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2026, at Broadway and Washington Avenue and follow the same route as in past years. Ghosts and goblins beware, the "Most Haunted Small Town in America" turns out in full force with over 40 participants including floats, bands and costumed marchers.

One of the longest-running Halloween parades in the country; this year's marshal is Sam Stemm.
